**Job Title: Industrial Painter and Forklift Operator**
Job Description
The primary role involves using a spray paint gun to paint the corners of inbound doors using water-based paint. The task includes processing stacks of doors, approximately 20-30, and painting the corners as required.
Responsibilities
+ Use a spray paint gun to paint the corners of inbound doors.
+ Manage inbound and outbound freight operations.
+ Operate a sit-down forklift to coordinate shipments with the front office.
+ Tally weights for even distribution on outbound freight.
+ Maintain accurate shipping and receiving charts/reports.
+ Prepare shipments by shrink wrapping, applying plastic bands, and protective edge coverings.
+ Assist in assembly when necessary.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in industrial painting using a spray gun.
+ Ability to operate a sit-down forklift.
+ Material handling skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ At least 6 months of experience in a similar role.
+ Willingness to undergo training for further skill development.

Work Environment
The work takes place in an open factory setting. While some areas may be dusty and noisy due to running saws and sanders, the environment is generally clean and climate-controlled.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gaylord, Minnesota.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
