**Job Title: Industrial Painter and Forklift Operator** Job Description The primary role involves using a spray paint gun to paint the corners of inbound doors using water-based paint. The task includes processing stacks of doors, approximately 20-30, and painting the corners as required. Responsibilities + Use a spray paint gun to paint the corners of inbound doors. + Manage inbound and outbound freight operations. + Operate a sit-down forklift to coordinate shipments with the front office. + Tally weights for even distribution on outbound freight. + Maintain accurate shipping and receiving charts/reports. + Prepare shipments by shrink wrapping, applying plastic bands, and protective edge coverings. + Assist in assembly when necessary. Essential Skills + Experience in industrial painting using a spray gun. + Ability to operate a sit-down forklift. + Material handling skills. Additional Skills & Qualifications + At least 6 months of experience in a similar role. + Willingness to undergo training for further skill development. Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Gaylord, Minnesota. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.00/hr.
