**1st Shift Forklift Operator in Kutztown, PA!** **Job Description** Join our team as a Forklift Operator, where you will play a crucial role in preparing and shipping industry-leading fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products. This position involves handling various material handling equipment and ensuring efficient shipment processes. **Responsibilities** + Prepare and ship fireplaces, stoves, and hearth products. + Pick and pull parts accurately. + Load freight into trailers securely. + Open crates and inspect contents. + Utilize industrial material handling equipment, including forklifts, scanners, and shrink wrap machines. **Work Environment** Work the first shift from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a lunch break from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM (unpaid). Flexibility to stay until work is completed, potentially until 6:30 PM, with advance notice. Overtime may be required, generally extending the shift. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of Kutztown, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
