**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator with at least 6 months of experience. The ideal candidate will be able to operate a forklift safely and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds. **Responsibilities** + Perform various activities at different speeds as directed by the Team Leader. + Safely operate forklifts and material handling equipment to meet business needs. + Conduct inventory functions including cycle counts, physical inventory, and product checks. + Operate the forklift 80% of the time. + Load and receive materials from trailers. + Load, store, and move materials in and out of racking. + Complete loading documentation processes. + Utilize the plant’s warehouse management system/RFID. + Perform packing and quality checks and documentation as required. + Hand stack palletized products to ensure smooth facility operations. + Conduct changeovers, minor maintenance, and adjustments to filling/packaging equipment. + Handle empty bottles of product. **Essential Skills** + 6 months of forklift operating experience. + Ability to operate a forklift safely. + Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. **Why Work Here?** Once hired, employees will be offered comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, along with a matching 401K and paid time off. It can be hot in the summer and cold in the winter, and certain areas may be loud. Multiple shifts are available including 3rd Shift (Sun-Th, 11:30PM-7:40AM), and 1st Shifts (7:00AM-5:00PM, 9:00AM-5:30PM, and 7:00AM-3:00PM). **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr.
