**Job Summary: Forklift Operator** We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. You’ll be responsible for loading, unloading, and moving products efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, stack, and organize materials. + Load and unload trucks and containers. + Perform daily equipment inspections and report any issues. + Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts. + Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times. + Assist with general warehouse duties as needed. **Qualifications:** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Valid forklift certification (or willingness to obtain). + 1+ years of experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or distribution setting. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment. + Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience with both sit-down and stand-up forklifts. + Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes. + Basic computer skills for inventory tracking. **Benefits:** + Competitive pay + Health, dental, and vision insurance + Paid time off and holidays + Opportunities for advancement **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $44720.00 - $44720.00/yr.
