**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** Join our dynamic production department as a Warehouse Specialist where you'll play a crucial role in handling and processing medical products and devices. You will be responsible for efficiently retrieving product types and quantities from order sheets, transporting them to conveyor belts, and managing the loading and unloading of packages for sterilization. Shift: 7am-3:30pm Pay: $20/hour **Responsibilities** + Retrieve products according to order sheets and transport them to the conveyor belt. + Load packages on one side of the conveyor belt and unload packages on the other side. + Unwrap pallets and place products onto the conveyor belt for loading. + Input order details into a computer to display placement instructions for totes. + Ensure filled totes are sent for sterilization. + Unload sterilized products from the conveyor belt and palatalize using yellow shrink wrap. + Operate a forklift for up to 5% of the day as needed. **Essential Skills** + Proficiency in loading and unloading tasks. + Experience in production and general labor activities. + Material handling and machine operation skills. + Competency in inventory management and scanning. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks. + Basic math skills for addition and subtraction. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience in a physical job setting. + Excellent attendance record. + Team player with a willingness to learn and apply effort. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers stability with lay-off proof assurance and competitive compensation including a shift premium for 3rd shift workers.
