**Job Title: Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team. The role involves order picking using cherry picker and reach forklifts, as well as utilizing an RF scanner. This is a manual and physically demanding position with responsibilities that include loading and unloading trailers, order verification, assisting the shipping department, and wrapping orders. The candidate will eventually transition to the shipping department. **Responsibilities** + Operate cherry picker and reach forklifts for order picking. + Use RF scanner for inventory management. + Load and unload trailers efficiently. + Verify orders accurately. + Assist in the shipping department. + Wrap and prepare orders for shipment. + Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs. + Adapt to operating different machinery based on availability. **Essential Skills** + 1+ year of experience with cherry picker operation. + 2+ years of warehouse experience using RF scan gun. + Experience with heavy lifting of up to 50 lbs. + Proficiency in forklift operation, inventory management, order picking, material handling, loading, and packing. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with Raymond reach forklifts. + AB Certification. + Experience with sit-down forklifts. + Proficiency with RF scanners. **Why Work Here?** Join a stable industry with opportunities for permanent employment and wage increases. The environment can be dusty, so comfort and efficiency are key. The warehouse operates Monday to Friday with both day and afternoon shifts available. Steel toes and comfortable attire are required.
