**Forklift Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a diligent and experienced Forklift Operator to join our team. The role involves operating sit-down gas forklifts and, with prior experience, additional equipment such as skid steers and balers. This position requires moving and stacking recycling materials, conducting general preventative maintenance on forklift equipment, and assisting with various tasks as needed within the facility. **Responsibilities** + Operate sit-down forklifts and potentially other equipment such as skid steers and balers. + Stack and move recycling material throughout the facility. + Empty full containers and ensure efficient material handling. + Perform general preventative maintenance on forklift equipment. + Work both indoors and outdoors, adapting to various environmental conditions. + Contribute to team efforts by assisting in different areas as needed. **Why Work Here?** Join a stable industry with substantial opportunities for growth and advancement. The work environment includes both indoor and outdoor settings. **Job Type & Location** This is a position based out of Monona, Wisconsin. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
