In this fast-paced role, you’ll be responsible for operating stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks, managing inventory, labeling packages, and assisting with trailer loading to meet tight shipping deadlines. If you thrive in a hands-on environment and enjoy working as part of a team, we’d love to hear from you. **Key Responsibilities** + Safely operate stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks to move and organize products. + Assign and fulfill orders accurately and efficiently. + Label packages according to company standards. + Load and unload trailers to meet shipping schedules. + Use RF scanners to track inventory and ensure accuracy. + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. + Perform routine equipment checks and report issues promptly. + Collaborate with team members to improve workflow and productivity. Required Skills & Experience + Proven experience with stand-up forklifts and pallet jacks. + Familiarity with RF scanner technology. + Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. + Physical stamina to lift heavy items and work on your feet. + Positive attitude and effective communication skills.
