Job Title: Forklift Operator
Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to manage inbound and outbound operations, including loading and unloading trucks, picking full pallets, and ensuring products are properly stored. You will be working with FDA-regulated products where quality is paramount, requiring attention to detail and adherence to GMP/SOPs.

ResponsibilitiesOperate Stand Up forklift efficiently to handle inbound and outbound logistics.Load and unload trucks with precision, ensuring product integrity.Pick full pallets and store products accurately within the warehouse.Maintain attention to detail, especially when dealing with FDA-regulated products.Identify and correct mistakes promptly, ensuring compliance with GMP/SOPs.Essential SkillsExperience operating a stand-up forklift.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.Proficiency in computer and RF scanner operations.Stable work history demonstrating reliability and consistency.Additional Skills & QualificationsFamiliarity with GMPs/SOPs is a bonus.SAP/Inventory experience is advantageous.Experience with reach truck and electric pallet jack.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a large, semi-climate controlled 500,000 square ft. warehouse with 40 employees. The facility is air-conditioned in the summer, but maintains product-specific temperatures in winter. This distribution hub for chocolate manufacturing offers a dynamic environment where quality and precision are critical.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
