Forklift Operator
**Hiring Overnight Forklift Operators** **Schedule:** 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (2-3-2 rotating schedule) **Pay:** $23/hr **Location:** Aurora, CO **Position Summary:** We are looking for a dependable Forklift Operator to support our night shift operations. This role ensures the smooth flow of materials and finished goods throughout the facility while maintaining a strong focus on safety and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities:** + Operate sit-down forklifts to transport materials and finished goods. + Load, unload, and stack products safely and efficiently. + Deliver materials to production areas based on schedule requirements. + Track inventory usage and report discrepancies. + Maintain accurate records of material movements. + Perform basic forklift maintenance and follow safety protocols. **Qualifications:** + Proven ability to safely operate a sit-down forklift and use WMS systems. + 2+ years of experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred. + High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent **Core Competencies:** + Safety First: Always alert to potential hazards and committed to maintaining a safe workplace. + Efficiency: Prioritizes tasks effectively and works with a sense of urgency. + Problem Solving: Seeks solutions and improvements rather than placing blame. + Teamwork: Communicates clearly and respectfully with colleagues across departments. + Growth-Oriented: Actively seeks opportunities for learning and development. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
