**Job Title: Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled forklift operator to join our team for the first shift from 7 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of some weekend shifts. This role involves warehousing work and requires forklift experience, preferably in a manufacturing or distribution setting.
**Responsibilities**
+ Operate forklift to move product and parts for customers onsite.
+ Manage work orders and perform cycle counting.
+ Lift upwards of 50 pounds as needed.
+ Maintain inventory control and utilize handheld devices.
+ Read and interpret work orders to meet customer expectations.
**Essential Skills**
+ Proven experience with forklift operation.
+ Experience in inventory control.
+ Ability to read and interpret work orders.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with material handling and general labor.
+ Familiarity with stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
+ Proficiency with RF scanner and scanner gun.
+ Knowledge of pallet jack, reach truck, and packaging.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is primarily in a warehouse setting, involving the use of various equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners. The role requires physical activity, including lifting and moving products. Employees are expected to adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Roanoke, Texas.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr.
