Forklift Operator
**Job Title: Manufacturing Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Operator to join our team in a highly automated and efficient manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess manufacturing experience, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a team setting for extended periods. **Responsibilities** + Calculate accurate tallies and documentation during loading, unloading, and warehouse processes. + Inspect equipment daily and report defects to management. + Maintain efficient product flow throughout warehouse operations. + Ensure good housekeeping in the warehouse area. + Support production lines with material requests. + Provide accurate and legible paperwork to maintain an accurate database. + Ensure the integrity and accuracy of all inventories daily. + Operate the Radio Frequency Gun for movements, barcode, and inventories. + Assist with repack and labeling operations as necessary. + Observe all safety rules and use proper safety equipment. + Ensure the quality of palletized products and store them according to warehouse policies. + Assist in performing preventative maintenance. + Document issues and concerns accurately and legibly. + Document product changes accurately and legibly. + Follow proper Lock Out Tags policy procedures. + Perform other duties as directed. **Essential Skills** + Manufacturing and production experience. + Ability to be on your feet for 10-12 hours a day. + Ability to operate a forklift. + Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. + Ability to operate computer equipment. + High School diploma or equivalent. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Consistent work history. + Great attitude and team player mentality. + Knowledge of product handling skills. + Manufacturing experience is helpful. **Why Work Here?** This modern manufacturing facility offers a comfortable working environment with opportunities for growth and advancement. Once clocked in, employees remain on campus for the day, fostering a focused and collaborative atmosphere. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mc Elhattan, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
