**Job Title: General Production Worker** **Job Description** The Warehouse Associate is responsible for the accurate set up, picking, and packing of materials according to client specifications. The role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to respond quickly to pick requests. Following directions and company procedures is essential to eliminate the threat of workplace injuries and ensure accurate package dispatch. Teamwork is crucial to meet company and individual goals, and the role requires mathematical skills to ensure the right amount of products in packages, as well as technical skills to install software on products prior to shipping. **Responsibilities** + Verify quantities of products against production orders, receiving documents, or other documents. + Move materials from trucks to storage areas, storage areas to work cells, and work cells to storage areas according to needs. + Deliver material to the proper location and place it in its correct bin location. + Maintain a safe and well-organized working environment by complying with procedures and rules. **Essential Skills** + Ability to lift up to 35-40 lbs. + High School Education or GED required. + Ability to verify product quantities accurately. + Experience in general labor or warehouse work. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with RF scanners, pallet jacks, and forklifts. + Experience with picking, packing, and material handling. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy medical, dental, and vision benefits upon permanent hire. Safety PPE equipment, including safety glasses, hearing protection, steel-toe shoes, and hardhats, is required. The shift can be from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM or 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Steel-toed shoes are required, and the ability to lift 50 lbs. is necessary. The position involves standing or sitting and moving about the facility for 8+ hours a day. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lawrenceville, Georgia. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $19.76 - $19.76/hr.
