**Job Title: Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
A manufacturing company located in Norwood, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement of cabinetry from the assembly line to the warehouse, unloading cabinetry from trucks, and loading trucks for delivery. Occasionally, candidates may ride along with drivers to assist with deliveries. This role involves operating a forklift to ensure smooth material handling within the warehouse.
**Responsibilities**
+ Move cabinetry from the end of the assembly line into the warehouse.
+ Unload cabinetry from trucks and move materials into the warehouse.
+ Load trucks for delivery.
+ Occasionally ride along with drivers to assist with deliveries.
+ Operate a forklift to manage material handling tasks.
**Essential Skills**
+ 1-3 years of warehouse experience.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
+ Experience in loading and unloading trucks.
+ Proficiency in stocking materials.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Team player.
+ Proactive and motivated.

**Work Environment**
The work environment is a large manufacturing area divided into sections including production, warehouse, cabinetry, and granite. The team consists of 9 warehouse associates and 4 drivers. The shift runs from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
**Job Type & Location**
This is a full-time position based out of Norwood, Massachusetts.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
