**Job Title: Forklift Operator**
**Job Description**
The candidate will work in the warehouse and yard to efficiently pull and prepare orders for shipment. Each day begins with a morning huddle to discuss daily goals and priorities, ensuring all tasks are aligned for the day.
**Responsibilities**
+ Pull orders leftover from the previous day and prioritize urgent orders from the sales team.
+ Operate heavy-duty 8-10,000 lb forklifts to pull and prepare items for shipment.
+ Restock parts and maintain inventory levels.
+ Perform cleaning tasks in the warehouse and yard.
+ Prep orders for shipment, including power washing equipment using a 2500 psi washer.
+ Cross-train to use a spray gun for painting custom-ordered equipment.
**Essential Skills**
+ At least 3 years of forklift experience.
+ Proficiency in using forklifts to load and unload trucks safely.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience with yard jockey tasks and truck operations.

**Work Environment**
The candidate will work both indoors in the warehouse and outdoors in open-air settings. The team consists of four people in the warehouse. The work schedule includes four shifts of 10-11 hours each, with varying days off during the week.
**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
