**Job Title: Forklift Operator**** **Pay: $22-23/hour** **Job Description** Join our dynamic team as a Forklift Operator where you will contribute to the efficient loading, unloading, and storage of products. You will work collaboratively with your team, operating stand-up and sit-down forklifts as well as pallet jacks, ensuring products are handled with care and precision. **Responsibilities** + Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and store products. + Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient material handling processes. + Inspect and put away inventory, maintaining accurate records. + Pick and pack products according to company standards. + Utilize warehouse equipment such as scanners and vocollect systems to perform tasks. + Adhere to strict safety, quality, and warehouse production standards. + Lift up to 50 pounds as part of regular duties. + Process data into Warehouse Management System (WMS). + Conduct inventory control, including cycle counting and reconciliation. + Perform other duties as assigned. + Follow all safety guidelines and procedures. + Implement process improvements in picking, packing, unloading, shipping, and receiving. **Essential Skills** + Material handling experience. + Proficiency in operating forklifts and pallet jacks. + Knowledge of inventory control processes. + Experience with scanners and warehouse equipment. + Ability to lift 50 pounds. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with RFP and ERP systems is a plus. **Why Work Here?** Be a part of a supportive and innovative team that values safety and quality.
