Job Description
The Corrugator Forklift Operator/Shipper is responsible for routing and transporting loads of corrugated board from the Corrugator using powered and/or gravity conveyor systems and operating a fork truck.
ResponsibilitiesRoute units of finished sheets to the unitizer or loads of in-process board to the converting department.Transport loads on powered or gravity conveyor or move loads with a fork truck.Insert Finished Goods Load Tags or In-process Tags into loads using a fork truck.Operate the bander to unitize units of finished sheets and some in-process loads.Inspect the quality of the loads from the corrugator and remove defective sheets from loads.Maintain good housekeeping and finished sheets storage areas at the corrugator.Stack and store units as required.Load orders onto trailers as required.Perform other duties as assigned.Essential Skills3 months of sit down forklift experience.Ability to read and comprehend simple English instructions.Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.Basic computer skills to input production information in the system.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.47 - $24.47/hr.
