Forklift Operator
**Job Title: Assembler** **Job Description** The Forklift Operator will manage the in-bound and out-bound movement of post-consumer electronics and associated materials in accordance with company policies and procedures. The role requires active support and compliance with all Safety, Health, Environment, Community, and Sustainability (SHECS) policies to maintain a safe work environment. **Responsibilities** + Conduct safety conversations and submit hazard reports. + Report any accidents, incidents, safety issues, errors, or problems immediately to appropriate management personnel. + Assist with incident investigations as necessary. + Support positive employee relations and foster a team environment. + Identify and assist with continuous improvement and cost-control activities. + Support Lean Six Sigma program initiatives, including conducting and participating in Huddle Boards. + Work efficiently to provide cost-competitive services to customers. + Provide guidance, assistance, and training to co-workers and contingent workers. + Dismantle, separate, and process electronic devices, components, and materials per customer specifications. + Properly use manual and power hand tools to aid in the job. **Essential Skills** + Experience with assembly, inventory, general labor, and forklift operation. + Experience in using hand tools and power tools **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
