We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator with expertise in operating Crown Stand Up Reach, Stand Up Forklift, and Reach Truck within a food warehouse environment. You will handle materials, manage inventory, and perform shipping and receiving tasks in a fast-paced setting.
ResponsibilitiesOperate Crown Stand Up Reach, Stand Up Forklift, and Reach Truck to move materials efficiently.Handle materials and inventory management, including cycle counting.Load and unload trucks as part of shipping and receiving duties.Work within a freezer environment as needed for product movement.Utilize RF scanners for inventory tasks.Maintain compliance with GMP standards in a food warehouse.
Essential SkillsProficiency in operating stand up forklifts and pallet jacks.Experience in shipping, receiving, and material handling.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.Familiarity with RF scanners and inventory management.
Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience working in a freezer environment is preferred.Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Work Environment
The position is based in a large facility with over 400 employees working in two shifts. Forklift operators will primarily work in the freezer, with a 10-minute break every hour. The facility includes multiple loading docks and processes food products, requiring employees to remain active throughout the shift. Shift timings are from 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
