You will operate a sit-down forklift experience Responsibilities: Unload trucks efficiently and effectivelyMake sure goods are stored in the correct area of warehouse / cooler and rotated properlyMove raw materials to processing and storage areas of plant Service and make minor adjustments to the forkliftMust check dock plate and trailer for any deficienciesAbility to unload trucks without damaging the product or racksMust be able to pull product for Grinding and Smoke Meats and put away at the end of the day Keeps the cooler, freezer, and spice warehouse well keptFollow all Safety, GMP’s and SSOP’s procedures.  Qualifications and Requirements: High School Diploma or GED. Sit-Down Forklift experienceAbility to work in a cold or hot environment for a long period of time.Attention to details and understand sanitation principles.Ability to read and interpret documents and procedure manuals.  Benefits and Perks: Pay Rate-$16-$18Medical Benefits Paid holidays & PTO  Training & GrowthYour New Organization:Roger Wood Foods is a 3rd generation, family-owned and operated food processing company, recognized for making great sausages.
