Hiring now - Forklift Driver, night shift. **_Shift: 3rd_** **_Location: Tipton, PA_** **_Placement: Contract to hire_** Job Description We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Forklift Driver during the night shift. In this role, you will be trained to operate a forklift to efficiently move products around our production facility. You will be responsible for transporting glass products to their necessary destinations, which may include staging areas for production, machines to storage areas, or on/off trucks for transport or shipping. Additionally, you will ensure that the production line has sufficient products to maintain operations, manage racks, and handle packaging tasks as needed. Responsibilities + Operate a forklift to move products around the production facility. + Follow orders to pick up and transport glass products to designated areas. + Ensure the production line has enough product to keep running. + Manage racks, including moving and emptying them. + Load and reload packers as needed. + Get on and off the forklift to make necessary adjustments and package products. Essential Skills + Forklift operation and material handling experience preferred. + Basic computer skills are required until the system is updated. + Manufacturing labor or production experience is highly preferred. + Experience in shipping and receiving, as well as using RF scanners, is beneficial. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Previous forklift or material handling experience is highly preferred. + No specific education or previous experience is required, but relatable experience is beneficial.
