ResponsibilitiesOperate a forklift with precision and safety in mind, especially in tight spaces.Ensure timely and efficient movement of materials throughout the facility.Adhere to safety protocols while working in a large facility with varying temperature conditions.Collaborate with a small team of drivers to maintain productivity.Uphold high standards of quality and attention to detail in all tasks.Participate in occasional mandatory overtime, primarily on Fridays.
Essential SkillsA minimum of 5 years of forklift driving experience.Strong proficiency in operating machinery and working in production environments.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.Fluency in reading and writing English.Basic math knowledge and the ability to use a tape measure.
Additional Skills & QualificationsComfortable working around heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment.Ability to perform mentally and physically demanding tasks with a sense of urgency.Authorized to work in the U.S.Pass a drug screen and physical abilities test.

Work Environment
Work in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with cutting-edge machinery, including the 112\" Multiflute Corrugator and various specialty folder gluers. The facility operates on a day shift from 5 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday, with occasional Fridays required. Enjoy a large break room with food available for purchase and a gym accessible for full-time employees.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30/hr.
