**Forklift Driver – Day Shift** **Location:** Renton, Washington **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM–3:30 PM (Occasional Fridays) **Company Overview** We are a family-owned and operated company established in 1967, recognized as the Northwest’s largest independent corrugated box manufacturer. The ideal candidate will have a strong in forklift operation, a commitment to safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment. **Responsibilities** + Operate forklifts safely and accurately, including in tight spaces + Transport materials throughout the facility in a timely manner + Follow all safety protocols in a dynamic work environment + Collaborate with a small team to maintain productivity + Ensure quality and attention to detail in all tasks + Participate in mandatory overtime, primarily on Fridays **Qualifications** + Minimum of 5 years of forklift driving experience + Proficiency in operating machinery in production settings + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs consistently + Fluent in reading and writing English + Basic math skills and ability to use a tape measure **Additional Requirements** + Authorized to work in the United States + Must pass a drug screen and physical abilities test + Comfortable working around heavy equipment + Capable of performing physically and mentally demanding tasks with urgency **Benefits** + Comprehensive health and dental coverage with no monthly premiums + Annual raises, performance incentives, and holiday bonuses + Access to an on-site gym and large break room with food options + Participation in company events such as BBQs + Opportunities for career growth in a family-oriented environment **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30/hr.
