We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Driver to join our team. This position offers an opportunity to work with advanced packaging machinery and be part of a tight-knit team committed to safety and quality. Training will be provided, and successful candidates will transition to a permanent schedule with opportunities for growth.

ResponsibilitiesOperate forklifts safely and efficiently in a busy production environment.Handle materials and products with precision and attention to detail.Work collaboratively with a small team of drivers in tight spaces.Follow all safety protocols and procedures.Assist with general production tasks as needed.Essential SkillsMinimum of 5 years forklift driving experience.Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly in tight spaces.Proven reliability in attendance and punctuality.Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently.Additional Skills & QualificationsAbility to read and write English.Basic math skills and ability to read a tape measure.Comfortable working around heavy equipment in a fast-paced environment.Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.Must pass a drug screen and physical abilities test.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

Work in a very large facility that experiences varying temperatures throughout the year. The environment is fast-paced, with a focus on safety and efficiency. The facility houses advanced machinery such as the 112\" Multiflute Corrugator and several Rotary Die Cutters and Flexo Folder Gluers. Employees are expected to work Monday to Thursday from 3:30 PM to 2 AM, with occasional Friday shifts.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Renton, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.30 - $24.30/hr.
