**Job Title:** Warehouse Associate **Location:** Von Ormy, Texas **Pay Rate:** $20.00 per hour **Schedule:** Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM **Assignment Type:** Temporary **Position Summary:** This role involves receiving, shipping, storing, and tagging products, as well as operating forklifts and yard equipment. The position will temporarily cover for an employee on medical leave, with a potential for assignment extension. **Key Responsibilities:** + Receive, tag, inventory, and store incoming materials and finished goods. + Operate sit-down forklifts and yard mules to move trailers to/from dock doors. + Inspect pallets for accuracy and quality, documenting any discrepancies. + Support daily production by ensuring timely material supply. + Complete all necessary warehouse documentation accurately. + Conduct daily pre-operational safety checks on equipment. + Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization per SQF, AIB, HACCP, and FIFO standards. + Follow all company safety policies and procedures. + Perform other duties as assigned. **Requirements:** + High School Diploma or GED equivalent. + At least 1 year of warehouse experience. + Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. + Must be dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work with minimal supervision. + Forklift certification is required (testing will be conducted onsite). + Strong basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division). + Ability to work independently and within a team. + Willingness to work overtime and up to 12-hour shifts if needed. **Physical Demands:** + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently. + Must be able to walk, stand, bend, push, pull, and climb stairs/ladders regularly. + Consistent forklift operation and trailer movement. + Good hand/eye coordination and 20/20 corrected vision required. **Additional Information:** + **Start Date:** As soon as possible, pending interview and forklift test + **Interview & Test Location:** Von Ormy, TX 78073 ManpowerGroup is committed to providing equal employment opportunities in a professional, high quality work environment.
