**Job Title: Fork Lift Operator** **Job Description** As a Forklift Driver, you will be instrumental in supporting our production team by efficiently operating a forklift and assisting as a machine operator when needed. This role requires flexibility to work any day of the week and any time of the day, with shifts lasting up to 12 hours. Join a team dedicated to helping farmers feed the world while protecting the planet, and work in a safe, fast-paced environment. **Responsibilities** + Operate forklift professionally and accident-free, ensuring regular inspections. + Maintain and clean the forklift systematically. + Track the location of goods during material handling using the Warehouse Management System (WMS), ensuring accurate data entry. + Perform additional manual tasks as directed by the warehouse supervisor or team lead, such as sampling inventory and cleaning. + Keep the warehouse clean and tidy. + During seed delivery and return season, ensure proper loading and unloading of transport vehicles with quality packages to meet customer expectations. + Maintain safety standards and initiate emergency procedures when necessary. **Essential Skills** + Professional operation of forklifts with attention to safety. + Experience in material handling and warehouse operations. + Ability to accurately count inventory and read scales. + Capability to multi-task and maintain attention to detail. + Communication skills for working independently or as part of a team. + Ability to work in confined spaces with a forklift. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 1+ year of forklift experience in a manufacturing environment. + Prior forklift certification is preferred. + Ability to pass pre-employment screenings. + Reliable transportation to the work site. + Maintain a positive attitude, honesty, and respect for all. **Why Work Here?** Join a team committed to agricultural innovation and sustainability.
