Fork Lift Operator
Our client, a global leader in agriculture and seed production, is seeking a **Forklift Operator** to join their team. As a **Forklift Operator** , you will be part of the **Production/Warehouse Department** supporting **inventory control, material handling, and shipping operations** . The ideal candidate will have **attention to detail** , **strong communication skills** , and **a safety-first mindset** , which will align successfully within the organization. **Job Title:** Forklift Operator **Location:** Woodhull, IL **Pay Range:** $19.00/hour (plus shift differentials for 2nd & 3rd shift) - Rotating 10-12 hour shifts **What’s the Job?** + Safely operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials in the warehouse. + Maintain and inspect forklift equipment according to safety standards. + Track inventory using a Warehouse Management System (WMS). + Perform general warehouse duties such as sampling, cleaning, and inventory counting. + Support seasonal seed delivery/returns by properly loading/unloading transport vehicles. **What’s Needed?** + At least 1 year of forklift operating experience. + 1 year of warehouse experience. + Prior forklift certification (preferred). + Ability to read scales, count inventory accurately, and use WMS/PCs. + Ability to work 10–12 hour rotating shifts, including weekends and night shifts. **What’s in it for me?** + Competitive pay: $19/hour + shift differential + Opportunity to work with a top global agriculture brand (Corteva Agriscience) + Fast-paced, team-oriented work environment + Rotating schedules with work/life balance built in (2-3-2 shifts) If this is a role that interests you and you’d like to learn more, click apply now and a recruiter will be in touch with you to discuss this great opportunity.
