**Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking an experienced Foreman to oversee payroll operations and construction activities. This role requires a diligent professional who can manage and supervise labor tasks while ensuring the smooth execution of payroll processes. **Responsibilities** + Oversee payroll operations and ensure accurate processing. + Manage the loading and unloading of materials. + Supervise construction labor activities, including picking and sweeping concrete. + Handle hydraulics repair and troubleshooting. + Provide oversight and guidance to general labor and construction tasks. + Interpret and work with blueprints. **Essential Skills** + Experience in construction labor and mechanical tasks. + Proficiency in concrete and general labor. + Strong management and oversight capabilities. + Ability to troubleshoot and repair hydraulics. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + OSHA 10 certification. **Why Work Here?** Join the largest civil construction company on Long Island, offering top pay and the opportunity to establish a foothold in a leading industry firm. **Work Environment** The work environment is dynamic and involves hands-on construction tasks.
