**Job Title: Pipe Crew Leader** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Pipe Crew Leader to oversee and manage a team of up to five individuals on the Pipe Crew. This role requires expertise in leading above-ground operations for sanitary pipe, sewer, water main tie-ins, and manhole repairs. The ideal candidate will have the ability to read and interpret blueprints to specifications for job sites. **Responsibilities** + Lead and manage a crew of up to five individuals on the Pipe Crew. + Assist as 'Top Man' for sanitary pipe, sewer, water main tie-ins, and manhole repairs. + Read and interpret blueprints to specifications for job sites. **Essential Skills** + Experience with water mains, sanitary sewer, and wastewater. + Equipment operating experience with excavators and loaders. + Ability to lift 50+ lbs. + Valid driver's license. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + 3+ years of experience in the field. + Experience operating heavy equipment. + Proficiency in reading blueprints. **Why Work Here?** We offer a comprehensive benefits package including fully paid single coverage for medical, dental, and vision insurance, six paid holidays, and a savings match plan for the winter slow layoff period.
