Job Title: Foreman ElectricianJob Description

Foreman Electricians will be responsible for roughing in conduit and wiring in new commercial buildings based on plans and prints provided. They will terminate wires at switches, circuit breaker panels, and relays, and provide wiring for power, lighting, heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration units. The role involves using power tools, test meters, pipe threaders, and conduit benders.

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of 2-4 electricians.Fill out daily progress reports and manage attendance.Conduct tool box talks with the team.Lay out jobs and read blueprints accurately.Supervise and communicate effectively with the General Contractor and Owners' Representatives on site.Essential SkillsExpert level ability in laying out jobs and reading blueprints.Proven experience in supervising and leading crews.Strong communication skills with the ability to meet with GC/Owners Reps on site.Safety oriented with OSHA certification.Experience with 227V and 480V systems.Additional Skills & QualificationsOwnership of personal tools including saws, drills, utility knives, ohmmeters, and testing tools.Experience in pulling wire, wiring, bending conduit, and construction.Ability to work with conduit bending and outlet wiring.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
