The foreman is responsible for delivering high-quality remodeling projects while providing an exceptional client experience. This role serves as the primary on-site leader, coordinating trades, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality and safety standards, and communicating clearly with homeowners, project managers, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, solution-focused, and committed to long-term professional growth.

ResponsibilitiesServe as a clear, proactive communicator with trades, project managers, office staff, and clients.Represent the company professionally in all client-facing interactions.Confidently answer homeowner questions and manage expectations throughout the project.De-escalate conflict and resolve issues calmly and constructively, without assigning blame.Maintain daily job documentation, including photos, notes, and progress updates.Develop and manage detailed project schedules, including planning and efficient trade sequencing.Review and understand plans, specifications, and scopes of work to ensure accurate execution.Track and complete punch lists and close-out tasks with consistent follow-through.Manage multiple active projects when applicable, maintaining organization and accountability across all jobs.Uphold high standards for craftsmanship, finish quality, and attention to detail.Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications with confidence.Understand remodel-specific challenges, including unknown conditions and working in occupied homes.Anticipate potential issues and proactively address them before they impact schedule, cost, or quality.Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite at all times.Demonstrate a strong commitment to jobsite safety and OSHA best practices.Ensure proper protection of existing structures and homeowner property.Hold trades accountable to safety, cleanliness, and quality expectations.Proficient in using construction technology, including tablets, mobile apps, and digital plans.Consistently follow all company systems and processes, including Buildertrend.Demonstrate adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and system improvements as technology evolves.Essential Skills3+ years of experience in construction management, preferably in single-family homebuilding.Proficient in construction technology, including Buildertrend.Ownership mindset, treating projects like their own business.Ability to hold trades accountable.Experience with scheduling, client interface, and inspections.OSHA 10 certification.Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 30 certification is highly preferred.Experience in commercial construction, supervision, and quality control.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $90000.00/hr.
