Job Description Overview: Insight Global's electrical contractor is looking to hire four full-time foreman's. The Electrical Foreman oversees crews and ensures all electrical work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project specifications, NEC standards, and company expectations. This position combines hands‑on electrical expertise with daily leadership, planning, coordination, and quality control. The foreman is responsible for guiding crews, maintaining productivity, resolving technical issues, and ensuring projects progress smoothly from start to finish. Benefits:  • Company vehicle  • Company Gas card • Full range of Standard Benefits Responsibilities:  • Lead, supervise, and mentor electricians, apprentices, and laborers.  • Assign tasks, manage daily labor allocation, and monitor productivity.  • Read and interpret electrical drawings, plans, and specifications.  • Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades.  • Plan material needs, track inventory, and request supplies to avoid delays.  • Install, oversee, and inspect electrical systems including conduit, wiring, devices, panels, equipment, and lighting.  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and guide corrective actions.  • Ensure all installations meet NEC and local code requirements.  • Conduct safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies.  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Skills and Requirements Requirements:  • Journeyman Electrician License.  • 3-5 years of electrical experience, including supervisory or lead roles.  • Strong knowledge of commercial electrical systems.  • Experience leading, supervising or mentoring electricians  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents.  • OSHA 10 or OSHA 30  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, climbing, and working at heights or in various environments.
