This position involves leading and coordinating crews on multiple commercial construction projects to ensure quality and timely completion. The foreman will be responsible for managing team members and maintaining communication across various trades.

ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a crew, ensuring effective communication across trades.Unlock job sites, stage tools, and unload materials.Create daily work plans and set up materials for projects.Perform quality control checks and train team members as needed.Work closely with the main contact to ensure project goals are met.Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with stakeholders.Essential Skills10-12 years of carpentry experience.4-5 years of experience as a foreman.Strong communication skills.Proficiency in quality control and attention to detail.Leadership abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsOSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications.Core knowledge of rough and finish carpentry.Expertise in quality control.Strong understanding of all trades, including electrical and painting.Experience in upselling jobs.10-12 years of overall construction experience.Why Work Here?

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $42.00/hr.
