**Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description** We are seeking a highly motivated Foreman to support the Superintendent, operate machinery, oversee safety protocols, perform minor carpentry, and manage subcontractors. This role involves a mix of tasks, including constructing minor structures on-site. The ideal candidate will demonstrate initiative and independent thinking, embodying leadership qualities. **Responsibilities** + Support the Superintendent in daily operations. + Operate machinery such as skid steers and scissor lifts. + Manage and ensure safety protocols are adhered to on-site. + Perform minor carpentry tasks and manage sub trades. + Build minor structures around the site as needed. + Demonstrate leadership by showing initiative and independent thinking. **Essential Skills** + 2+ years of foreman experience. + 7+ years of experience in construction, particularly with commercial or large projects. + Skid steer and scissor lift certifications. + OFA Intermediate certification with OFA + TE. + Procore software proficiency. + Flexibility to work night or day shifts. + Possession of a vehicle. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Possession of a car. + Fall Protection certification. **Why Work Here?** Join a company with a strong team culture and an excellent industry reputation.
