**Job Title: Foreman** Job Description We are seeking an experienced Foreman for a project located in Akron, OH, involving the construction of a steel building. The project includes installing HVAC systems, overhead doors, and an overhead crane in a pre-engineered Butler building. Responsibilities + Oversee the construction of a steel building in Akron, OH. + Manage installation of HVAC systems, overhead doors, and an overhead crane. + Document daily logs of activity on the job site. + Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on the job site. Essential Skills + 3+ years of experience as a construction superintendent on commercial projects. + Experience in leading and documenting progress on construction sites. + Knowledge of commercial or industrial project execution. Work Environment The project is located in Akron, OH and will run for approximately five months. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Cedarville, Ohio. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
