The project includes installing HVAC systems, overhead doors, and an overhead crane in a pre-engineered Butler building. Responsibilities + Oversee the construction of a steel building in Akron, OH. + Manage installation of HVAC systems, overhead doors, and an overhead crane. + Document daily logs of activity on the job site. + Ensure safety protocols are strictly followed on the job site. Essential Skills + 3+ years of experience as a construction superintendent on commercial projects. + Experience in leading and documenting progress on construction sites. + Knowledge of commercial or industrial project execution.
