**Company Hiring HVAC Maintenance Service Technician!!** **Job Description** We are seeking a motivated HVAC Maintenance Service Technician to join our expanding team. This hands-on role focuses on routine maintenance, system inspections, and basic repairs across various HVAC systems. Ideal for individuals with 1-3 years of field experience, this position provides training, growth, and exposure to advanced systems such as VRV/VRF and building automation platforms. **Responsibilities** + Perform scheduled maintenance on HVAC systems, including split systems, heat pumps, and more. + Replace filters, check refrigerant levels, and calibrate thermostats. + Assist senior technicians with diagnostics and minor repairs. + Document service activities and update maintenance logs. + Communicate clearly with clients and team members about service status. + Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards. + Use tablets or laptops to access service software and input data. **Essential Skills** + 1-3 years of HVAC maintenance or service experience. + Basic understanding of HVAC systems and components. + EPA 608 Certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). + Ability to lift 40+ lbs and work in field conditions. + Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. + Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Familiarity with smart thermostats and Wi-Fi-enabled HVAC systems. + Experience using diagnostic software or OEM apps. + Exposure to commercial HVAC systems or building automation. + Proficiency in brazing, threading, installation, piping, and HVAC systems. + Ability to read and interpret HVAC blueprints. + Experience with installing copper, steam, and black pipes. **Why Work Here?** Enjoy a 40-hour work week with opportunities for overtime.
