**Aerotek's client is looking for an Electrical Foreman to join their team in the MD area**
They have been serving Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia residents for all of their electrical needs since 1970s specializing in both residential and commercial services.
The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for the onsite management and coordination of a crew of electricians to ensure successful completion of construction projects in accordance with schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards. Additionally, they will produce and monitor attendance of crews, evaluate performance of their tradespersons, and ensure manpower, material, and equipment resources are adequate.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage and coordinate a crew of electricians on-site.
+ Ensure successful completion of construction projects in accordance with schedule, budget, quality, and safety standards.
+ Monitor attendance and evaluate the performance of tradespersons.
+ Ensure adequate manpower, material, and equipment resources are available.
+ Produce attendance records for the crew.
**Essential Skills**
+ Electrical installation
+ Blueprint reading
+ Materials management
+ Cabling
+ Conduit bending
+ Vendor management
+ Journeyman license in DC, MD, or VA
+ Experience running own work previously
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ At least 3 years of experience managing projects upwards of $10 million
+ Experience managing anywhere from 20-50 electricians
**Work Environment**
+ Projects are located in the DMV and are commercial mixed-use new builds.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $35.00/hr.
