We are seeking an experienced Foreman with a minimum of five years in the electrical construction field. This role requires an individual with the ability to complete entire estimates independently or collaborate with a team to meet project deadlines. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
ResponsibilitiesComplete electrical estimates from start to finish.Collaborate with a team to meet project deadlines.Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.Value engineer and develop cost-effective solutions.Recognize project discrepancies and determine the best course of action.Work in the field and assist in the office for jobs involving bidding and vendor/subcontractor relationships.Essential SkillsFive years of experience in the electrical construction field.High School Diploma or GED.Expert knowledge of electrical materials/methods used in construction.Understanding of local and national electrical codes and regulations.Strong math and computer skills.Effective problem-solving abilities.Additional Skills & QualificationsPrevious electrical estimating experience is preferred.Associates Degree or Certificate from an Accredited Electrical Program is preferred.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Why Work Here?
