**Job Title: Foreman** **Job Description** We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman to join our team in Elkridge, Maryland. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and effectively managing a small crew to erect and dismantle various types of scaffolding. This role requires a strong understanding of OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffolding, as well as knowledge of the various types of scaffolding materials to ensure the intended loads are not exceeded. Candidates must be comfortable commuting throughout the DMV area. **Responsibilities** + Manage a small crew to erect and dismantle various types of scaffolding + Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with OSHA regulations + Oversee the use of various types of scaffolding materials + Ensure that the intended loads of the scaffolding are not exceeded + Communicate effectively with the team to ensure project goals are met **Essential Skills** + 5+ years of scaffold building experience + 2+ years of experience leading a team + Strong knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations regarding scaffolding + Proficiency in carpentry, scaffold building, and framework + Experience with masonry, framing, power tools, and hand tools **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Any additional experience with hand tools, power tools, carpentry, or hands-on work is a plus **Why Work Here?** We are one of the few companies in the industry that offer comprehensive benefits.
