Aerotek's client is looking for an Electrical Foreman to join their team in the MD area.

The Foreman will be overseeing tenant fit-out projects throughout the Baltimore, DC, and NOVA markets. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical work and a proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.

Responsibilities

Manage and oversee tenant fit-out projects in various locations.Ensure all electrical work complies with industry standards and electrical codes.Lead a team of 2-6 members, providing guidance and support.Utilize daily reporting software (e.g., Esub) to track project progress.Conduct conduit bending and other electrical tasks as required.Perform regular site inspections to ensure safety and quality standards are met.Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Essential Skills

Journeyman licenseProficient knowledge of electrical codeExperience with conduit bendingLeadership skillsBilingual (preferred)Experience with daily reporting software (e.g., Esub)

Additional Skills & Qualifications

At least 7 years of experience in the electrical fieldPreferred apprenticeship schoolingExperience running tenant fit-out projects

Work Environment

Work hours are typically from 6 AM to 2:30 PM or 5 AM to 1:30 PM, depending on the project. On rare occasions, weekend or overnight work may be required based on workload. Team sizes range from 2-6 members, and PPE gear is mandatory when working in active construction zones.

Qualified candidates will be given a call within 48 hours of submitting an application

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $50.00/hr.
