Seeking a Foreclosure Paralegal to join a growing association practice. This hybrid role supports foreclosure matters from inception through sale, working with attorneys who represent HOAs, condominium associations, and planned communities in NY and NJ.

What You'll Do

Handle foreclosure matters from inception through sale (critical requirement)

Prepare, review, and file foreclosure pleadings and related documents

Track deadlines, manage case files, and ensure compliance with court and statutory requirements

Coordinate with attorneys, courts, title companies, and third parties

Maintain accurate records and case notes in the firm's case management systems

Support attorneys with case administration and reporting

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: $65,000-$75,000

Limited overtime

Mid-year performance review

Year-end base pay increase and bonus
