Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $19 - $22 per hour depending on experience.

The Foreclosure Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the journey of delinquent loans through the foreclosure process, from preparing loans for referral to supporting post-foreclosure activities. This role requires expertise in foreclosure protocols and close collaboration with legal partners to ensure compliance with investor and company standards. As a key player in our team, the Foreclosure Coordinator embodies our company pillars by delivering seamless service to internal and external stakeholders, fostering clear communication, and achieving excellence in every phase of the foreclosure process.

Responsibilities:
- Initiate foreclosure referrals for eligible delinquent loans, collaborating with designated legal counsel to maintain our commitment to Transparency and strict adherence to federal, state, investor, and agency guidelines.
- Provide expert review and approval of foreclosure documents, offering clear guidance to legal partners on any exceptions. Ensure documents align with company standards, achieving High Performance at every step.
- Cultivate great working relationships with foreclosure attorneys to ensure timeliness and accuracy, representing our value of Leadership in every interaction and driving continuous improvement in performance.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact, responding promptly and professionally to requests from internal teams and external partners. Uphold Transparency in all communications, ensuring stakeholders feel supported and valued.
- Actively monitor foreclosure activity for trends or potential risks, using reporting tools to safeguard compliance and reduce risk. Proactively raise high-risk matters to leadership, demonstrating a commitment to accountability and excellence.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance foreclosure processes, fostering innovative solutions that inspire Raving Fans and elevate the borrower experience.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in foreclosure, mortgage servicing, or a related field, with a great understanding of both judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes.
- Familiarity with investor, insurer, and regulatory guidelines for foreclosure and loss mitigation.
- Proven experience coordinating with attorneys, managing deadlines, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Understanding of foreclosure timelines and legal documentation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for coordinating with third-party vendors.
- Bachelors degree in finance, business administration, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience in the mortgage or financial services industry.
