**Job Title: Food Services Worker** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Food Services Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will prepare, present, and serve food in accordance with approved recipes and standards. This role involves performing basic prep work, maintaining cleanliness, and providing friendly, efficient service to patients and staff. **Responsibilities** + Prepare, present, and serve food in accordance with approved recipes and standards. + Perform basic prep work, including washing, peeling, and cutting fruits and vegetables. + Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and utensils. + Store food properly, following safety and rotation procedures. + Distribute supplies and assist with inventory as needed. + Provide friendly, efficient service to patients and staff. + Follow all sanitation, safety, and infection control guidelines. + Support team members and perform other duties as assigned. **Essential Skills** + Experience in food service, prep, or cleaning is preferred. + Strong attention to cleanliness and food safety. + Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. + Team-oriented with good communication skills. + Customer service mindset. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Foodservice and retail experience. + Customer service oriented. + Experience as a waiter/waitress, fast food worker, cashier, or in hospitality. + Knowledge of food safety. **Why Work Here?** Join a recently renovated, state-of-the-art cafeteria with a clean facility and new machines/equipment. Shifts are available from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm and 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm, Monday through Friday. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lancaster, Pennsylvania. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
