**Job Title: Food Services Worker** **Job Description** As a Food Services Worker, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional food service experiences within a hospital setting. You will be responsible for setting up service areas with food, utensils, and garnishments, portioning and serving food, maintaining sanitation standards, assembling patient trays, and assisting with customer requests. This position requires excellent customer service skills as you will be directly interacting with patients, ensuring their dietary needs are met in a timely manner. **Responsibilities** + Set up service areas with food, utensils, and garnishments. + Portion and serve food according to dietary guidelines. + Assemble patient trays and deliver them within 45 minutes. + Knock and verify patient's name and date of birth before delivering food. + Provide professional and friendly customer service. + Ensure sanitation standards are maintained by cleaning and sanitizing workstations and utensils. + Use equipment and materials properly and safely. + Assist with cleaning, stocking, and dishwashing during downtime. **Essential Skills** + Experience in food service and food preparation. + Ability to build trays and deliver food in a timely manner. + Strong customer service orientation. + Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Hospitality experience. + Knowledge of food safety and portion guidelines. **Why Work Here?** This role offers the opportunity for career advancement within the hospital's various departments.
