Northrop Grumman's Space Sector is seeking a Food Service Associate - Level 2 or Level 3 to join our team in Promontory, UT. This position is 100% onsite and cannot accommodate telecommute work.
Candidate will support facilities at Bacchus, and the Conference Center in Ogden Canyon and must be willing to travel 25-50% of the time.
This position will work a 9/80 schedule, with every other Friday off.
Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Demonstrate safe and proper operation of food service equipment, and utensils used in high quantity food preparation and serving operations.
Clean relevant service, preparation and storage areas.
Operate P.O.S. system and be familiar with credit card transactions.
Preform basic mathematical computations.
Must be a team player who can work well under pressure, take direction, and work independently and effectively.
Solve and problems without supervision.
Demonstrate superior customer service.
Able to carry loads greater than 35 pounds and be able to transport up to 70 pounds regularly.
Shift Schedule: Monday thru Friday 4:30am – 2:00pm (Every other Friday is Off)

Basic Qualifications for Level 2:
High School Diploma
Two years’ relevant experience in corporate or banquet style kitchen environment.
In possession or have the ability to obtain appropriate food handling certification or serve safe training.

Four years’ relevant experience in corporate or banquet style kitchen environment.
In possession or have the ability to obtain appropriate food handling certification or serve safe training.

Primary Level Salary Range: $38,600.00 - $64,300.00Secondary Level Salary Range: $45,800.00 - $76,300.00The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
