**Job Title: Food Service Team Member** **Location:** Upland, Indiana **Job Type:** Part-time **Shift:** 10 - 2:30 or 4:30 -9 (or both) **Overview:** We are seeking dependable and energetic individuals to join our food service team. This role involves assisting in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent guest service in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Assist in preparing hot and cold food items, ensuring proper storage and adherence to food safety standards. + Set up food stations with entrées, soups, salads, breads, condiments, utensils, and other items. + Interact with guests in serving, retail, and dining areas, following guest service protocols. + Maintain a clean and sanitary workstation and equipment in compliance with client and regulatory guidelines. + Uphold a fast pace and multitask effectively during service hours. **Qualifications:** + Previous food service experience preferred. + Strong work ethic and reliability. + Ability to communicate professionally and respectfully with team members and other departments. + Maintain a courteous and professional demeanor with all colleagues, customers, and representatives.
