The Food Service Manager 3 position is at Allina Health United Hospital located in St. Paul, MN.  This leader will be responsible for a dynamic group of employees supporting both patient services and retail.  The primary schedule is closing shift.

What You'll Do adhere to all Sodexo/regulatory/food safety standards meet contractual targets for patient satisfaction, labor, audits, and employee engagement through implementation of ongoing innovations and the ability to improve efficiencies by maximizing performance be flexible in reaction or responsiveness to the needs of operations collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams perform management functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee performance and development. build team synergy and cohesiveness   What We Offer

What You Bring experience in a fast-paced food service environment exceptional customer service, interpersonal skills, and previous supervisory experience - preferably in healthcare or food services strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines in a food service and a healthcare environment passion for serving patients and customers knowledge of nutrition and specialized diets is a plus Who We Are

Qualifications & Requirements

Minimum Education Requirement - Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 2 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 1 year work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
