Sodexo’s Campus Segment is seeking an experienced Food Service Manager 3 to lead resident dining operations at Curry College. This role plays a key part in ensuring exceptional client satisfaction, operational excellence, safety, and strong financial performance.
As the Food Service Manager 3, you will oversee the main resident dining facility on campus, ensuring smooth daily operations, high-quality service, and a safe, welcoming dining environment. You will be the primary on-site manager on Saturdays, leading your team to deliver consistent execution and outstanding customer service. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance operations, team development, and client expectations with confidence and professionalism.
What You'll DoOversee daily operations for the main on-campus resident dining hall
Serve as the sole on-site food service manager on Saturdays, providing full operational oversight
Ensure food safety and sanitation compliance across all service periods
Supervise, coach, and support frontline culinary and service staff
Maintain service standards and ensure consistent quality execution across all shifts
Assist with scheduling, staffing support, and maintaining adequate labor coverage
Drive customer satisfaction by maintaining a clean, efficient, and student-centered dining environment
Support operational initiatives, safety protocols, and financial performance goals

What You Bring2–4+ years of experience in food service management, preferably in a campus or high-volume setting
Strong working knowledge of food safety standards, HACCP, and sanitation practices
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams
Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced dining environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
A hands-on management style and willingness to support frontline teams as needed
Flexibility to serve as the primary on-site manager on Saturdays

Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED or Equivalent
Minimum Management Experience - 1 year
