What You'll Do Provide exceptional nutrition care to patients in collaboration with the Registered Dietitian. Be knowledgeable of the Nutrition Care Process.Participate in operational tasks, including meal rounds and test trays as well as long range projects to support the department.Efficiently and effectively organize clinical and operational responsibilities.Provide appropriate nutrition education.Conduct meal rounds and tray audits.Participate in performance improvement initiatives with the goal of increasing patient satisfaction and participate in departmental activities, meetings, committees and other nutrition related tasks.
