Facilitate food service from BOH to FOHRespond appropriately to guests’ requests or issues by effectively communicating to captains and managementMakes sure all the necessary garnishes and food needed is in place for the kitchen staffAlways thrives to ensure guests satisfaction by coordinating with the captain and back server before and after delivering food to the tablesSuperior communication skills (both written and spoken) and a strong sense of urgencyWorks closely with the chef’s and BOH staffAssist the kitchen in daily preparation for servicePolishes glassware and silverware in a timely matterAbides by the opening and closing checklist every day
